Gain confidence in your drawing abilities!

This is a course for those of any skill level who want to improve their technical drawing skills. Learn to draw more accurately, and with greater confidence. In this course, you’ll improve your skills and make your drawings look more realistic. The ability to make accurate depictions of drawings translates to other visual arts like painting.

This course is for anyone curious about drawing (no experience necessary). With this method, the more times you do it, the more you get out of it! Which makes this course appropriate for beginners through intermediate artists who are interested in adding more tools to their skillset.

Benefits:

    • Classical Drawing’s frame of reference for problem-solving in drawing

    • Betty Edward’s Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain curriculum to train your brain in how to perceive

OPEN HOUSE & Website Relaunch!

Join me for three hours of art, live music, and poetry/prose readings.

I'll be opening my new at-home studio for the first time with plenty of art to look at.

Live music will be provided by local bluegrass band Three Cats in the Cabin. I'll be singing a song with them!

Anthony James Kay - pop culture and horror writer published in SunBreak, City Arts, and Crosscut, and my favorite SCHLOCOLOGIST will do a short reading of his entertaining short stories.

I'll do a reading of a small selection of bus stories.

Come browse and stay for an hour or three. Some seating provided.

Refreshments will be served.

There will be art outside on the lawn which is wheelchair accessible, the studio is accessible via three steps at the front door.

The venue is a short walk from the Beacon Hill Link Light Rail station and the #36, #60, and #107 King County Metro bus routes.
